Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients:
5 cups sliced apples
½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
1 cup sugar
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 stick of butter
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in a medium bowl. Add egg and combine to form small crumbles with a fork. Place thinly sliced apples in the bottom of a baking dish and toss with lemon juice. Add cranberries and top with crumble mixture. Pour melted butter over the top and bake in 375-degree oven for 30 minutes.
