Ingredients:
Phyllo Dough
1 ½ lbs. Wisconsin brick cheese
1 cup feta
½ cup parsley
3 eggs
½ lb. unsalted butter
Instructions:
Combine grated cheese, parsley, and eggs in a medium bowl to create filling. Grease the bottom of a baking pan lightly with butter. Place 3 layers of phyllo dough in the bottom of the pan. Cover the dough with filling, then place 3 more layers of phyllo dough on top of the filling. Repeat, adding filling and dough layers 3-4 more times. Coat top layers generously with butter, then place in 350-degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
