Clam Spaghetti

Ingredients:
16 oz. package uncooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 6.5 oz. cans chopped clams with juice
½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti on stovetop according to package directions and drain. Heat oil in pan over medium heat and saute garlic for 1 minute until tender. Mix in clams and juice. Cook stirring occasionally until liquid is reduced to about ½ cup. In a large bowl, toss the spaghetti with the clam sauce. Add chopped parsley and parmesan cheese. Let flavors soak in for several hours. (Even better saved the next day!)
