Date Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
8 oz. dates
2 cups Rice Krispies
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
¼ tsp. salt
Instructions:
Melt butter in a small pan. Add sugar, whipped eggs, finely diced dates and nuts into the pan. After cooking for about 5 mins on medium heat, pour mixture into a bowl with Rice Krispies and vanilla extract. Let cool, then shape into balls and roll in coconut to coat.
