Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:
Butter Crust
¾ cup butter
⅔ cup sugar
2 cups flour
¼ cup milk
Glaze
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
¾ cup reserved pineapple juice
Topping
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
⅔ cup flaked coconut
Fresh fruit, as desired
Instructions:
Mix butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Gradually add flour and milk until mixed thoroughly. Press dough into 12-inch pan to form crust. Bake in 400-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until light brown. In one-quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, stirring well. Add pineapple juice, drained and set aside from can, then cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Set glaze aside. Arrange fruit on top of crust, then drizzle glaze over fruit.
