Grape-Nut Pudding

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
2 lemons
6 tbsp. Grape-nuts
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar. Separate egg yolks from eggs whites. Add beaten egg yolks, flour, lemon juice, milk, and Grape-nuts. Fold in beaten egg whites. Add mixture to greased dish, then place dish in a pan of water. Bake in 350-degree oven for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
