Sheila Tighe’s Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups of flour
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 egg
16 oz. container of sour cream
½ cup sugar
10 tbsp. butter
1 cup raisins
Instructions:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Add egg, sour cream sugar, butter, and raisins and mix together. Pour the mixture in a greased 10-inch round pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 50 minutes, or until brown.
