Jello Mold

Ingredients:

  • 1 30 oz. package jello

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Instructions:

Dissolve jello mix and salt in 1 cup of boiling water. Add lemon juice and sour cream. Beat until well blended. Pour into a bowl quick chill in freezer for around 60 minutes. Once firm 1 inch around edge, and soft in center, combine with drained crushed pineapple and whip until fluffy. Pour into 1 quart mold and let set for 8 hours.
