Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
4 cups cool whip
3 packages of lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Instructions:
Mix butter or margarine with flour until creamy. Add chopped walnuts. Put mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned. While crust is cooling, fold confectioners’ sugar into softened cream cheese and 1 cup cool whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. In a medium bowl, combine packages of instant lemon pudding with 3 cups of milk and beat until thick. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture then coat with remaining whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
