Ingredients:
1 lb. lamb
1 lb. chicken
1 lb. steak
2 green peppers
2 tomatoes
2 sweet onions
8 oz. Ken’s Light Italian Dressing
Bamboo skewers
6 pieces of Pita Bread
Instructions:
Cut meat into 1-inch by 1-inch pieces, then marinate in Italian Dressing overnight. Chop onions, peppers, and tomatoes into pieces. Wet bamboo skewers, then arrange meat and veggies tightly on the stick, alternating ingredients. Grill on high heat until blackened.
