Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. mushrooms

  • ½ medium onion

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tbsp. parsley

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup sherry wine

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. pepper

Instructions:

Separate mushroom stems from caps and finely chop stems. Sauté stems in butter with ½ onion and 1 clove crushed garlic. Add parsley, bread crumbs, sherry wine, salt, and pepper Fill cups with mix and bake in 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
