Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ditalini Pasta

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 1 tsp. oregano

  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup chopped parsley

Instructions:

Cook pasta on stovetop following directions on the box. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and stir into the pasta. Sauté chopped celery, onions and garlic on stovetop. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and Italian seasoning then let cool. Add 2 beaten eggs to a large bowl with pasta, onion and celery. Combine well with cheese and parsley. Put stuffing in washed bird, covered with loaf of bread or bake in separate covered dish in 425-degree oven for 60 minutes.
