Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. salt
3 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
2 ¼ cups sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts and pecans
Instructions:
Sift flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a medium bowl. Beat eggs, oil, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine flour mixture, grated zucchini, and chopped nuts in the large bowl. Grease 2 loaf pans and dust with flour. Pour mixture into pans and bake for 50 minutes in 325-degree oven.
